HUD Issues Updates to FAQ
Recently, HUD published a frequently asked question (FAQ) document on behalf of the mortgage industry. On October 7, 2009, HUD added six updates to the FAQ and has done so to prepare for the implementation of RESPA effective January 1, 2010. According to HUD, there will be continual updates to the FAQ in response to several unanswered questions and questions to come.
