Fourth Version of HUD's FAQ is Released October 23, 2009
In order to provide adequate explanation and better service for the mortgage industry, HUD released another updated version of the HUDs' FAQ in regards the RESPA rule that will go into effect January 1, 2010. The updated FAQ includes several questions regarding reverse mortgages, lender's requirement to provide a GFE upon receiving an application, and disclosures of approved service providers on the GFE.
