The Web Site is controlled and operated by Docu Prep, Inc. (“Provider”), a Utah corporation, with a principal place of business at 5353 S 960 E, Suite 120, Salt Lake City, Utah 84117. This Web site, including all of its features and content (the “Web Site”) is a service made available by Docu Prep, Inc. (“Provider”) and all content, information, services and software ordered or provided on or through this Web Site (“Content”) may be used solely under the Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (“Terms of Use”).

By using this Web Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the Terms of Use. Your use of this Web Site also indicates that you have read, understand and accept the privacy practices as outlined in this Privacy Statement. If you do not accept any of these terms, notices and conditions, you may not use this Web Site or Content. Your use of this Web Site and/or Content indicates acceptance of these terms, notices and conditions. We may from time to time change the terms, notices and conditions that govern your user privacy on our Web Site and if we do so we will post such privacy revised terms, notices and conditions on this Privacy Statement page. This Privacy Statement relates solely to the online information collection and use practices of our Web Site located at www.docuprep.com (“Web Site”). Your information privacy is important to us. To better protect this privacy we provide this Privacy Statement explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

3. Privacy Protections For Children Using The Internet
Protecting children’s privacy is important to us. For that reason, we do not collect or maintain information on our Web Site from those we actually know are under the age of 13, nor is any part of our Web Site targeted to attract anyone under 13. We request that all visitors to our Web Site who are under 13 not disclose or provide any personally identifiable information. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child’s personally identifiable information from our records.

Provider is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. Your use of materials linked from this Web Site is at your own risk.

7. What Information About You Do We Collect?
Our Web site is not set up to automatically collect personally identifiable information from each visitor to our Web Site. However, it does recognize the home server of visitors but not email addresses. This means that we can tell which Internet Service Provider (“ISP”) our visitors use but not the names, addresses or other information about our visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our Web site. This information is used only for internal purposes by our technical staff.

This Web Site does track certain information about the visits to our Web site. For example, this information may be used to compile statistics that show the numbers and frequency of visitors to our Web Site and any individual pages. These statistics may be used internally to improve our Web Site and possibly for product development and/or marketing purposes. The aggregated statistics may also be provided to advertisers and other third party marketers, however, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

We may ask for certain personal information from you for the purpose of providing to you Content and/or services that you request. For example, we request your name and Email address each time you contact us by clicking on the “Email” links under the “Contact Docu Prep” area of the Web Site. We may retain a record of users who have contacted us in order to respond properly to questions or concerns and for purposes of future communications.

9. Non-Personally Identifiable Information We Collect
Our Web Site utilizes standard technology called “cookies” and Web server logs to collect information about how our Web Site is used. Cookies are a feature of Web browser software that allows Web servers to recognize the computer used to access a Web site. Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored by a user’s Web browser on the user’s hard drive. Information gathered through cookies and Web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our Web Site, and the Web sites visited just before and just after our Web Site. We use non-identifying information collected on our Web Site in the aggregate to better understand your use of the Web Site and to enhance your enjoyment and experience. For example, we may use the information to improve the design and content of our Web Site or to analyze the programs and services that we offer.

If you visit our Web Site and submit personally identifiable information, you may modify, update or delete such information at any time by visiting the “My Docu Prep Account” area where you will have the opportunity to access and revise certain of your personally identifiable information.

12. You Can Opt Out Of Receiving Further Marketing From Provider At Any Time
We may send you information about updates, our various products and services or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you. Only Provider (or agents or contractors working on behalf of Provider and under confidentiality agreements) will send you these direct mailings. If you do not want to receive such mailings, simply tell us when you give us your personal information. Or, at any time you can easily opt out of receiving further marketing from Provider by visiting the “Contact Docu Prep” area of our Web Site and selecting the Compliance Department email link (compliance@docuprep.com).

You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our databases. In addition, please be aware that your ability to opt out from receiving marketing and promotional materials does not change our right to contact you regarding your use of our Web Site.
